Toad Hall

A very vivid memory from my childhood was going to Toad Hall in Austin which is a children's bookstore for story time. When I was little, I was a very avid reader and I would beg my mom to go there whenever we went to Austin. . I would buy stacks of books before leaving. This store is a very unique store for children's literature. The store only carries children's literature, and it is decorated for a child's imagination. Also, there are always events for children like author's who come to read to the children. I remember going to some of these events and I have books that were signed by these authors. These experiences helped create my appreciation for children's literature.
